You must first choose the BitTorrent downloading program to download files. There are a few options to choose from but I think that the top two are uTorrent and BitLord. I recommend using uTorrent for simplicity reasons but I have the fastest downloading speeds coming form BitLord. The option is yours:

Follow installation instructions and follow the steps to configure the program to best site your internet speeds.
